McGarvey Development has announced plans for the construction of Phase III of the Mid Cape Corporate Center, a Class A office/industrial business environment in Cape Coral.

The development company has already completed the first phase of the corporate center, which included the construction of Cape Coral Charter School for Charter Schools USA.

The second phase, which includes three flex buildings, is already nearing completion.

The corporate center is situated on 30 acres in close proximity to the intersection of Pine Island Road and Santa Barbara Boulevard.

The third phase includes construction of four two-and three-story office buildings comprised of 176,500 square feet of Class A office space.

The buildings will feature tilt-up concrete construction, spacious lobbies, elevator landings and hallways with professionally designed finishes.

State-of-the-art security and life safety systems are also included in every office building.

McGarvey Development is developing and building the project.  Leasing of industrial buildings has already begun with pre-leasing of the Class A office.

The project is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2007.
