First Two Flex Buildings at Eastlinks Business Park Complete

McGarvey Development has completed construction of the first two flex buildings at the Eastlinks Business Park, a 46-acre mixed-use site located in the Gateway area of south Fort Myers. 

When complete, the Eastlinks Business Park will offer a total of 173,000 square feet of customizable industrial flex space. The buildings are dock-high with units starting at 4,800 square feet.  In addition, Eastlinks will feature 174,000 square feet of office space.

First Office Building at Eastlinks Business Park Complete

McGarvey Development has completed construction of the first of four office buildings at Eastlinks Business Park, located at 12550 Professional Park Drive in the Gateway area of south Fort Myers. 

Customizable office suites start at 1,300 square feet, with a total of 30,000 square feet of office space available. Many units feature views of the courtyard with park-like landscaping.   

Three additional office buildings are planned for a total of 174,000 square feet of space. Leasing for both flex and office space is available with full-service design and generous build-out allowance. A 7.41-acre out parcel on Daniels Parkway also is for sale.
