McGarvey Development has completed construction of the first two flex buildings at East Cape Commerce Center, located near the intersection of Pondella and Pine Island roads in Cape Coral.

The project includes a total of 10 flex buildings consisting of 410,000 square feet. The two completed buildings offer dock-high units starting at 4,800 square feet and grade-level loading units from 3,300 square feet. Units starting at 1,500 square feet will be available as construction throughout the commerce park continues. Leasing is available with full-service design and generous build-out allowance.

The East Cape Commerce Center is the second major commercial project McGarvey Development is constructing along the Pine Island corridor. McGarvey Development also is building the Mid Cape Corporate Center near Pine Island Road and Santa Barbara Boulevard.
