McGarvey Development has leased 57,000 square feet of office space at the Eastlinks Business Park to Comcast for its new area headquarters. The Eastlinks Business Park is located in the Gateway area of south Fort Myers. 

The new facility will house Comcast's administrative, customer service, sales and marketing, commercial development and dispatch operations.

"The McGarvey building in the Eastlinks Business Park of Gateway met all of Comcast's requirements," said Barbara Hagen, area vice president and general manager for Comcast of Southwest Florida. "We are so excited about finally being able to consolidate many of our buildings and offices under one roof."

Eastlinks Business Park is a 46-acre, mixed-use park located at the intersection of Daniels Parkway and Gateway Boulevard with convenient access to Interstate 75 and the Southwest Florida International Airport.

The project, which is adjacent to Westlinks Business Park, includes six buildings: one garden-style office building, two Class A office buildings over parking and three flex buildings. Approximately 174,000 square feet of office space and 173,000 square feet of flex space is available for lease.
