At McGarvey Development, Price oversees leasing and property management.  As executive vice president of asset management, he also is responsible for the internal management of the McGarvey portfolio of office and industrial properties, which currently exceeds 1.5 million square feet.

Mr. Price is a graduate of Temple University, with a major in Real Estate and Urban Land Studies.  From 1979 through 1987 he was a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  During his real estate brokerage career he was responsible for some of the largest and most complex real estate transactions completed in the Philadelphia Metropolitan area.

In 1987, he joined McGarvey Development Company with responsibility for day-to-day management, marketing and financing of the real estate portfolio.  Between 1987 and 1998, Mr. Price played a crucial role in the expansion of the portfolio from under 100,000 sq. ft. to over 1,500,000 sq. ft.  Mr. Price had the lead role in the negotiations for the sale of the McGarvey portfolio for over $100,000,000 to Mack-Cali, a national REIT.
