The two-story building features
37,344 square feet of flex space to be occupied by Ad Systems and Lamar. Located
in the International Commerce Park, the new building features lake views
and is centrally located off Treeline Avenue, with convenient access to
Interstate 75. |

Estero Park Commons
The 100,000-square-foot park,
located along Corkscrew Road in Estero, features Class A medical, retail and
office spaces within five single-story buildings. Painted in warm
Mediterranean hues, each building features a tile roof, decorative moldings,
arches, columns and accent windows. The focal point of these unique
L-shaped buildings is a tower feature, which is painted deep coral and features
arches and columns, creating depth and
ambiance. |

The 19,920-square-foot
building is located next to Alico Arena and the new soccer field. The
building includes locker rooms, a treatment room, concession stand and

catering kitchen, featuring glass walls and a view of nearby ball

This 40,000-square-foot Class A Office is designed to reflect Mediterranean
architecture. Decorative mansards, and keystone architectural treatment are used

elevated deck/patios, hollow core plank floors, and a steel joist and deck

This state-of-the-art high school building encompasses three stories
totaling 102,000 square feet. Made up of 68 classrooms, the school can hold up
to 1,600 students. The school's gymnasium includes high impact interlocking
