Six Mile Charter Academy

Design and build a 77,000 square foot, two-story elementary school, including approximately 40 classrooms, art and computer labs, acoustic-rated music room, media room and multi-purpose room which can also function as a gym, cafeteria and auditorium.  Includes an energy-efficient cooling system/ chiller plant; exterior playground and recreation areas provided for upper and lower grades.  We utilized a new spray texture on the interior walls that cures and hardens for durability and finished it with semi-gloss paint that has stamina in an active environment.  Classrooms included built-in counters and storage, customized to fit each room, to optimize the classroom space.
